Important Update from IBC regarding COVID-19

Dear Valued IBC Distributor Members, Supplier Partners and End-User Customers,

The unprecedented circumstances regarding COVID-19 have prompted IBC to take several actions which I would like to share with you.

IBC has implemented work-from-home procedures through the month of April 2020. Our preparedness for unforeseen emergencies will allow IBC to proceed with minimal interruption to any part of our business.  IBC staff will continue to be at your avail via email and utilizing our normal telephone extensions.

The health and well being of our employees and, of course, families, friends and business associates like you are our topmost concern.  At IBC, we will continue to monitor the situation and to follow the public health guidelines provided by local, state and federal governing bodies. Please take note of the following company policies that will remain in force until further notice.

  • All face-to-face and group meetings will be suspended and held via remote, live video conferencing programs instead, as necessary.
  • All non-essential employee travel, international or domestic, will be postponed.
  • IBC will suspend receiving visitors to our headquarters in East Granby, Connecticut until further notice.
